Refund Policy

At Potion, we want every sip to reach you in perfect condition. Since our products are consumable beverages, returns are limited to ensure safety and quality standards. Additionally, eligibility of refund or replacement will be limited to the number of cans damaged. 

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Product received are damaged.

  • Incorrect item delivered.

  • Missing items in order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Change of taste preference

  • Orders once successfully delivered in good condition

3. Reporting an Issue

Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing: hi@idrinkpotion.com

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

4. Resolution Process

After verification, we may offer:

  • Free replacement shipment, or

  • Refund to original payment method

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation.
