Potion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Website, including by using automated tools to scrape content, attempting unauthorised access to our systems, uploading harmful code, or using the Website in any way that could damage or impair its functioning. We may restrict or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

4. Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, nutritional information, and images, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy due to screen variations and other factors. Potion protein sodas are food and beverage products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5. Orders and Payment

To place an order, browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — we may cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. Potion does not store your full payment details. For payment issues, contact hi@idrinkpotion.com.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy at www.idrinkpotion.com/shipping-policy for full details. We currently ship across India with standard delivery estimated at 4–7 business days from dispatch. You are responsible for ensuring address accuracy. Potion is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or factors beyond our control.

7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

You may cancel your order at no charge before dispatch. Orders cancelled after dispatch may incur shipping cost deductions. Contact hi@idrinkpotion.com with your order number to cancel.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@idrinkpotion.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened or consumed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and designs is the property of PotionX World Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Potion protein sodas are intended for general consumption and are not meal replacements or medical products. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted by a sole arbitrator in Hyderabad, India, in English. Potion reserves the right to seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property.
