Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased from PotionX World Private Limited (“Potion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website www.idrinkpotion.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Deliveries are available to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes serviced by our logistics partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of order, you will be notified during checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are interested in international delivery, please write to us at hi@idrinkpotion.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during promotional periods, new product launches, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

3.1 Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch

  • Available for all serviceable pin codes across India

3.2 Express Shipping (where available)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch

  • Available for select cities and metro areas, subject to logistics partner availability

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Potion shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and the shipping method selected. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated on the Website or via our marketing channels. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on our logistics partner’s website to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. 6. Delivery Instructions

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including the correct pin code, landmark, and a working phone number. Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you at the phone number provided for delivery coordination. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your Potion products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hi@idrinkpotion.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your complaint and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

8. Failed Deliveries and Returns to Origin

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful after reasonable efforts by our logistics partner (typically 2–3 attempts), the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus the original shipping costs.

9. Perishable and Beverage-Specific Handling

Potion protein sodas are packaged for safe transit. However, as carbonated beverages, they may be sensitive to extreme temperatures or rough handling during transit. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure safe delivery, we recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately. Please store your Potion beverages as directed on the packaging upon receipt.
